IPC Wetting Balance Test Coupons
This is the latest iteration of the PCB wetting balance Copper Foil coupons used for flux activity testing
coupon that also encompasses the NPL solder spread and wetting balance GR&R Testing available in
test coupon. Coupons are supplied on an array with 10mm, 5mm and 2mm widths. Basis weight is
